A Scrum Master's job is to ensure that the development team delivers high-quality product features to the customer in regular intervals (preferably every Sprint).

In order to achieve this, a Scrum Master has to execute several activities:
It takes an average of two Sprints to diagnose how well these activities are being executed and where training and upskilling is needed.
